There's not so much an employment problem as there is a recruiting problem. Recruiters do much more harm than good, to both job seekers and employers. Contract agency recruiters are the worst, idiots of the business village, but all types of companies are reported here. Lying, refusing to respond, ruining chances with botched submissions, spamming, sheer incompetence -- those are the losers we're calling out.

Drey Anthony - Romack Search, Dallas.
Infuriation: Spamming, general stupidity
This loser sent a listing of completely inapplicable jobs via email, with the curious first line as follows: "I am sending this message on behalf of one of my recruiters, Peter Halliburton." What the heck, Drey, is Peter even more stupid than you are? Or did you just steal his files?
The addressee responded, "Do you even bother to read resumes? Why are you such a dumbass?"
Drey, applying all the stupidity honed over 15 years in recruiting, responded: "Interesting email response. We over 15 people a week across all Technology fields. (sic) I only had email addresses for my search. Can you send me a resume?" Drey had the nerve to ask to connect via LinkedIn, too!
Drey, you're not a recruiter -- you're a spammer, and a stupid one at that. You're the kind of clueless recruiter who solicits via spam, then submits the wrong resumes and sends applicants to the wrong interviews, also known as a body shop.
